- Digital transformation planning and execution
○ Define and lead the digital transformation of Maxima to improve the internal business process and external customer experience
○ Design the structure of Maxima’s technological systems and platforms and collaborate with related parties (IT department, tech-team, engineers, etc.) for customization
○ Develop, write, and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of digital business solutions
- Implementation of the projects for digital transformation
○ Lead the implementation of Maxima’s projects for digital transformation
○ Monitor and manage the resources and timeline of the projects
○ Collaborate with related parties and explore for potential partnerships with third-parties
- Operations improvement and product development
○ Develop policy, operational model, and credit assessment logic
○ Manage credit risk
○ Support the training of staffs
- Reporting to Maxima’s management

- Fully committed to MAXIMA’s vision, mission, culture, and values.
- At least 4 years of working experiences in credit operation in financial sectors (banks/MDIs/MFIs)
- Experience in the digital transformation of a financial sector
- Experience in Core Banking Solutions / Loan Management Systems / Loan origination Systems like Morakot is a strong advantage
- Computer literacy MS. Word, MS. excel, internet and e-mail.
- Business level English language proficiency
